Dear Parents/Guardians,
I wanted to explain our parent/guardian pickup procedure that will begin when we have everything in place for our new dismissal procedure. We will not move forward until we feel comfortable and confident we have everything set up for our student’s safety.
The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority, and we want to ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed to pick up your child. To maintain a secure environment, we kindly request that you provide us with a list of individuals who are authorized to pick up your child from school.
Please fill out the verification form indicating the names and contact information of the authorized individuals. This will help us ensure that your child is released only to trusted individuals. If there are any changes to the list of authorized individuals, please inform us promptly so we can update our records.
We understand that emergencies or unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to designate someone not on the authorized list to pick up your child. In such cases, please notify the school office in advance (before noon on the day) and provide us with the necessary information, including the name and contact details of the person picking up your child. We will request identification from the designated person to ensure your child's safety. Any changes after 12:00 pm, your child will be dropped off at the office for pick up.
