Our plan is to have school open tomorrow for students. We are fortunate enough to have power at school, when many other schools do not. Our buses will run at their normal times, but some roads are still impassable with trees or low lines. We will pick up as many of our scheduled bus students as possible, but the buses may not be able to go down all of our roads. We have the opportunity to have a warm place to learn for students who have been without power for several days. We appreciate all of the hard work and countless hours our power line workers and first responders are putting in to get our lives back to normal. Hopefully we can have some normalcy tomorrow for our students and staff.

Due to the projected wind chills tomorrow morning, Thursday, January 29th, Manton Consolidated Schools will be on a 3 hour delay. Your bus pick up will be exactly 3 hours later than normal. School will open at 11:20 AM, instead of 8:20 AM.

Ski Club Parents- After looking at the weather, we are still going to Caberfae today; however, due to the wind chill, we will be advising students to go inside for 10 minute breaks every 30 minutes to reduce their chances of frostbite. There is no way for Mrs. Thompson to monitor if students are taking breaks. If you are worried about your child's safety, please call the middle school immediately to let them know you would like your child not go to Caberfae today. Thank you!
